Our Facilities
We inhabit a state-of-the-art facility on Lee Highway, situated back from the road to assure a safe and quiet environment for your pet to enjoy. With over 7,000 square feet, we are able to provide for your pets' comfort in every way.

Inside our facility
You will find a spacious comfortable waiting area where staff can receive you; seven examination areas that permit prompt service; a laboratory to provide accurate and speedy tests and results for a majority of our pets; and a fully-stocked small animal pharmacy to help provide the proper medications promptly.

State-of-the-art-facility
Additionally, we make use of our more advanced diagnostics, such as digital radiography, ultrasound, and infrared light therapy, to provide better care for our patients.

X-Ray/Radiology Room: Our X-ray room provides the best in digital x-rays. X-rays are ready for reviewing seconds after being taken allowing Doctors to have instant results. Technicians helping with x-rays have to wear lead lined protective gear to keep them safe from radiation. Higher density objects, such as bone, show up bright white and less dense objects, such as the lungs, show up black.Surgery Suite: Each of our doctors have a day when they perform surgeries. They do everything from routine spays and neuters to ophthalmic and orthopedic surgeries. Animals are kept warm in surgery by heated waterbeds, their vitals are monitored by state of the art systems and well trained technicians, and their recovery is closely monitored from the time they are anesthetized till when they are full awake again.Ultrasound: We are very lucky to able to offer our clients and patients the ability to do in house ultrasounds. The allow us to go one step further to do the best for our patients. Ultrasound works by using sound waves –they allow us to look at individual organs piece by piece. Fact about ultrasound –fluid such as urine in the bladder shows up as black on ultrasound!
HR Office: Hey Zorica! Do you have a minute? Welcome to the office of our HR manager Zorcia. One of our favorite managers has a lot on her plate with nearly 40 employees to take care of. She still takes time to make her rounds to help out in the various departments to see how things are done on the other side of the HR door.
Reception Area: Hi! How can we help you today? Our lovely receptionists are there to greet you and assist you with anything you need. Prescription refills that have been called into our pharmacy line should be ready and waiting for you at the front desk and you’re always welcome to pick up prescription foods or just pop in for a quick weight check for your pet!

Waiting Area: Please take a seat in our waiting area and an assistant will call your pet shortly! Make yourself comfortable! Enjoy a steaming hot cup of coffee or tea at our beverage station and take a look at the professional pictures of our staff with their pets. There are two different sections to keep our feline and canine friends separate.
Kennel Room – bath: Our well trained kennel staff are with the boarding pets for breakfast, dinner, and walks three times a day. They love to check in on the animals to make sure their stay is comfortable and as less stress as we can make it. We offer baths and general grooming, such as nail trims and ear cleanings, while your pet boards with us. Check our site for boarding forms you can fill out before you drop your pet off with us!
Canine Boarding/small dogs: We welcome your pets to stay in our boarding facilities. We offer boarding to dogs of all sizes, cats and birds. When they first arrive at the hospital they are checked in boarding with a technician exam to make sure they are healthy and happy. Our dog boarders are walked three times daily in our large fenced in backyard. You’re welcome to bring you pet’s personal food or they will be provided with a special diet by the hospital.
Break Room: For those long days at work we need a place to go to put our feet up and relax! Our break room is just the place! Lunch breaks are a little more comfortable with couches and large table to gather around.
Special Needs Boarding: This room was made to expand our boarding area but it has turned out to be for our special needs animals instead. We have a couple giant breed dogs, such as Great Danes, that are too big to fit into the boarding runs. Instead we let them have their own private suite in the special needs room! We also will put our shy dogs that might not like being around other dogs, or puppies that can’t be around other dogs, in the special needs room too.
Cat Room Exam Room 6: We know how stressful it can be for our kitty companions to come to the hospital. We’ve tried to make it as comforting as we could by making a Cat only exam room! The Cat Room is used for our feline friends, no dogs allowed! It’s equipped with a climbing tree, a scale so you don’t have to weigh your cats in reception and a window with large ledge for optimum bird watching on our bird feeder right outside.Pharmacy: We like to make our patients feel better, and the faster the better, therefore having a well stocked pharmacy ensures our patients get onto the road to recovery as fast as possible. Our pharmacy phone line also helps clients get their prescriptions before they run out. Just give us a call, leave a message on the line and as soon as it is filled an assistant will call you to let you know it’s ready for pick up!Treatment Room 2: Technicians and assistants are always busy in the treatment room. The beginning of the day is busy with pre operative preparations; all of our post operative care is done in treatment as well as nail trims, ear cleanings, and drawing blood. Most of the pets that come to the hospital visit the treatment room at least once. Ask for a tour of the hospital at your next appointment we’d love to show you around!Dental Room: We absolutely love our dental suite! Animals like humans need their teeth brushed at least once daily! Yearly dental cleanings are also a great way to keep your pets teeth strong and healthy. Although animals need to go under general anesthesia, the actual teeth cleaning procedure is very similar to humans. First the teeth are scaled and tartar removed, then polished, and finished with a fluoride rinse!
